palin erchomai

It is hard to believe that a whole week went bye without any note. Much happened in between. First of all the title means: I will come again. This time to Poland. The dice are cast and I am on my way. [ossis jactantur]. Ann has seen to it...since I have procrastinated a long time. Now? Where do I go to? That is the question. Should I go to Podkowa and pretend that I am useful to the students or the "cadry"? Should I simply be a tourist visiting my friends? All I remember is that I will stay in Poland till July 24. We have a major move to consider. From Collegedale to Jelico, 160 miles north from here. Ann is looking at new work in a group od surgeons and FP's in Williamsburg KY. We will not move, but have a permanent-temporary place in Jelico. Part of the time I will spend in Krakow with my sister and her husband; they have a house in Krakow. Then I have to [read want to] play tennis in Cieszyn, walk in the Tatra mountains, visit Pieniny, Dunajec, Czorsztyn, etc. Also visit Maniewicze in Ukraine, and maybe even Odessa, who knows. And yet I want to be with my friends in Warsaw and Podkowa. Those are tough problems that need not be solved ahead of time. My youngest, Zosia, is graduating from SAU with major in accounting. Andrew will come from Pasco for two days since he is still teaching. I am switching computers and try to do it bit by bit, so I will have only what I need. I will be switching from all of my e-mail addresses to gmail.com as soon as I let all my friends know of the change. Tomorrow we will host a discussion group in our home, and hope it will go well. The last two weeks here were cold and windy. Not as cold as in Poland, but then we do not live in Poland.[LoL] I am looking forward to seeing with my own eyes the renovated palace. I remember what it looked like in 89 when I first visited Poland and Podkowa. When I read your notes on the msn and blogs I feel like I were already in Poland, then I remember your weather and I am glad I am here. I talked tonight with ET and he mentioned interest in visiting Poland again...but when...we shall see when it happens. By now, you all are snug in your beds...and hopefully warm. Happy Sabbath to you all and a pleasant day with plenty of sunshine and a bit of warmth...in the air. I will be writing e-mails to my friends in Podkowa tomorrow evening. So sweet dreams Do;Go;Cz;Ir;Ar;in Podkowa and PPA in Warsaw.

well leon, i can't believe it. i was just telling m. tarasiuk last night that i was sure you weren't coming this year. what a way to prove me wrong. ;)

just hollar if you need anyone to accompany you on these trips. ;)

i laughed at your 'but we don't like in poland' remark. why does it sound like that makes you so happy? ;)

that's right that you haven't seen the palace. i didn't realize that. well, now the question remains- WHEN are you coming?
